I made these recently for a group of kids visiting a farm. I was very pleased with how they turned out. My favorite has to be the cows.

I was searching the internet for cookie ideas for my son's birthday (baseball) and found your blog. I made my first set of cookies for my daughters. I didn't like the icing because it dried so fast & was crumblie.. I like how your cookies look glossy.. Do you mind me asking for your icing recipe.. and is it hard to work with? I would be a level 0 for skill! Any suggestions?
I use royal icing with a a few tablspoons of corn syrup and I only use 1/2 of the meringue powder called for in the Wilton Recipe.
